Reign North Tower is the second tower in Wesgroup’s development in Metrotown. This tower will only contain market strata units as opposed to the South Tower which has a rental component. The Reign development is centrally located in Metrotown, within walking distance of a multitude of shops, amenities, schools, and Central Park. The project is also within walking distance of the Skytrain allowing for easy access to Downtown Vancouver, BCIT Burnaby, New Westminster, Surrey City Centre, and Coquitlam Lougheed. The deposit structure is as follows: $10,000 due upon signing, 5% due seven days from acceptance date, 5% due 120 days from acceptance date, and 5% due the later of BP/financing or 365 days from the acceptance date. All homes come with a parking stall except studios and a storage locker. An EV parking upgrade is available for $5,000.
